Stay and Play

Stay and Play is a group for parents/carers and their under 5s.

A chance to meet other local families and have a chat. Everyone is welcome to come along and have some fun in a warm, friendly environment. The session is on a ‘drop in’ basis. Parents and children are welcome to come along any time during the session.

Baby Massage

Through the centuries, in many different cultures, parents have used baby massage to calm and soothe. Recent medical research into baby massage has shown that there are many benefits to both baby and parent. Babies who have regularly received massage have better feeding and sleep patters than those who have not. A reduction in colic and constipation has also been noted.

Baby Oasis

This is a group supporting you and your choice to feed; you can socialise with other mums and get mutual support, whilst feeding your child in a lovely friendly environment. We offer individual support as well as a friendly social group We look forward to welcoming you along to this group.

Health Clinic & Developmentals

Health visitors run Child Heath Clinics across the cluster for parents/carers and their under 5s.  A chance to see a health professional and ask any questions you might have about your child’s health. You can raise any concerns or simply ask for more information.

Here's Looking at You Baby

Here’s Looking at You Baby is a group for brand new parents with their babies of 6 months and under.

A group which will help you find out what you baby is trying to tell you with their smiles, wriggles, grizzles and sounds. The group will cover a variety of topics. During this time we will be using video to illustrate the way in which your baby communicates.

Understanding Your Child's Behaviour

For parents/carers with under 5’s Would you like to know more about your child’s development? Do you understand your child’s behaviour? Would you like a chance to meet with other parents with children of a similar age? Do you know why children have temper tantrums?
